We opened our coffee shop 27th April 2024 and our soft play launched 27th May 2024

Unfortunately, we don’t. Instead, we offer group / exclusive bookings, head over to our group bookings page for more information.

We do recommend booking in advance. We offer one walk in per session which is offered on a first come first served basis.

7 days a week, 9-5 Monday-Saturday, and 10-4 Sunday.

Yes, we are pet friendly in our outdoor area but not inside.

They are baked fresh every day by the incredible Silver Tree Bakery (we highly recommend giving them a visit!)

We disinfect our soft play after every single session. Which is why there is always a 30-minute gap between sessions to allow us enough time to carry out a thorough clean. This is our unique selling point; we believe we are by far the cleanest soft play in the Midlands.

Yes, we purposefully limit the number of children and adults per session so that everyone has their own seat so they can sit back and relax. We have designed our soft play in a way which allows adults to enjoy a cup of coffee whilst their little ones play, rather than having to follow them around the soft play throughout the entire session! Limiting the number of adults also means you can stand up from your table without the fear of someone else pinching it – there’s space for everyone!

Yes, we have plenty of onsite parking right outside our shop.

Absolutely

We have a wide range of milks; Soya, Oat, Almond, Coconut and lactose free.

Yes, if you require wheelchair access just ask one of our lovely team members and we can organise a wheelchair ramp for you.

Yes, we work incredibly hard to be able to boast our 5-star rating on our front window!

Yes, we can heat one of our delicious croissants.

Not at the moment, however we are always developing our food offering so it is something we will be considering in the near future.

If you are unable to book another space during your time slot, that will be because your session is now fully booked. We offer 1 walk in per session, but this is on a first come first serve basis so we cannot guarantee this will be available.

As per our T&C’s when booking your session online, we are unable to move your allocated slot. However, if you pop into our coffee shop a staff member can check availability and try to do this in person for you.

Each ticket allows entry for 1 child and 2 adults.

Our softplay is designed for children aged 0-6 years.

Unfortunately, this is because we are fully booked for that session. We offer 1 walk in per session, but this is on a first come first serve basis so we cannot guarantee this will be available.

Unfortunately, as per our T&C’s when booking your session online, all of our sessions are non-refundable. However, if you are aware that you can’t attend in advance, you can pop into our coffee shop and a staff member can check availability and try to move this for you.
